Our story
Founded by a nurse and a product specialist
Joy Ours was started by a registered nurse and a product specialist who kept seeing the same thing: people being sold equipment that didn't fit their home, their body or their funding.
So we do it differently. We listen first, read the OT's recommendations properly and suggest the equipment that will genuinely make daily life easier — then we confirm every price personally, deliver it, set it up and show you how it works.
Today we support NDIS participants, older Australians on Support at Home and Home Care Packages, families, and the clinicians and coordinators who work with them — from showrooms in Melbourne and Adelaide, with delivery Australia-wide.
