Ordering with Workers’ compensation
If you were injured at work, the workers’ compensation insurer may pay for equipment your treating practitioner recommends. In Victoria that is through WorkSafe and its agents; in South Australia, ReturnToWorkSA. We quote for the insurer and supply once the claim manager approves.
How it works
- 1.Get the recommendationYour OT, physio or doctor recommends the equipment. Send it to us with your claim number and claim manager’s details.
- 2.We quote the claim managerWe send a formal quote to the claim manager for approval.
- 3.Supply once approvedWe deliver and set up the equipment when approval comes through.
Who we invoice
- Approved claims
- We invoice the insurer or claims agent against your claim number.
- Anything not covered
- We quote you separately first. Nothing is charged to you without your agreement.

Which insurers do you work with?
We quote for any insurer or claims agent that approves the equipment in writing. Send us their details with your claim number.
Can my employer pay instead?
Yes. An employer or rehabilitation provider can order and pay directly. Ask us for a quote in their name.
